Ray was born in 1968 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and has lived here all of his life. He graduated from Living Word Academy High School in 1986 and attended one year at Oklahoma Christian College. He then transferred to Central State University, now the University of Central Oklahoma, and completed his Bachelors of Science in Funeral Service in 1990. He became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in March 1991, studied and received his insurance license and gained the much needed knowledge to pass on the advantages of pre-planning to his friends and neighbors.
Ray met his wife Jana in 1987 at church and they were married in 1992. Jana did all of the elegant decorating at the funeral home. Ray and Jana have two beautiful twin daughters, Kara and Katie.
Peggy was born and raised in Arkansas and came to Oklahoma City after graduating high school. She attended Oklahoma City University for two and a half years before joining the work force. She met and married Kenneth R. Buchanan in 1965.
Peggy's career began in the finance industry, where she worked for eight years. She then became a church secretary and operated a Christian school daycare. She then joined her son in the funeral industry in 1990.
Carol is a resident of Bethany, Oklahoma and is married to Wayne Bird. She is a member of Council Road Baptist Church and teaches the four-year-old bible class. Carol loves working in her flower beds and enjoys her children and grandchildren.
After losing some family members, Carol thought there should be an easier way to handle funeral arrangements. Therefore, she decided to get her insurance license and for more than 20 years she has worked with both family-owned and corporate funeral homes. She believes that the individual funeral home can give better service to families and make a bigger difference in the funeral industry.
Linda Sue Marshall
Linda Sue is a third generation funeral director. She was raised in the funeral industry with her grandfather, Jerry Marshall, who owned and operated Marshall Funeral Home in Waynoka, Oklahoma and Alva, Oklahoma. She is a graduate of Woodward High School in 2002 and the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science in Mortuary Science in 2006. She also earned her funeral director and embalming license in 2006. Linda Sue began her career and gained experience working for both corporate and family-owned cremation and funeral services.
Linda Sue is the mother of two handsome boys, Alex, age eight, and Bryson, age one.
Paul has been helping people protect their families by prearranging their final wishes since 1993. Before becoming part of the funeral industry, he chose to prearrange after the loss of a niece in 1986. Seeing the importance of prearrangement for himself, he decided to devote a career to helping as many others as possible do the same.
He lives with his wife Karla and daughter Alexandria and has three sons in college; Richard, Roger and Keith.
